Hosting an event at Mighty Squirrel is simple and easy!  We have multiple spaces that can accommodate large groups up to 150.

Our one flat per-person rate covers everything– your private space, staffing, and your food experience, all in one simple total. No complicated minimums, no hidden fees, no surprises– just good beer, great food, and good times. Each taproom space has its own minimum guest count, so you can find the perfect fit for your group size and budget.

Event packages start at $40 per person.

HOW IT WORKS

• One Flat Rate Per Guest
 Your per-person rate includes your private or semi-private space, all staffing, and your selected beer and food package. Whether you’re hosting 10 guests or 100, pricing adjusts automatically based on your headcount.

• Different Spaces, Different Minimums
 Each taproom space has its own minimum guest count– whether it’s the Small Mural Bar (25 guests min.), Medium Mural Bar (40 guests min.), Large Mural Bar (60 guests min.), or a Full Buyout, we’ll match your group to the right fit. 
 • Everything’s Included:
    • Private space or reserved area
    • Dedicated event staff and bartenders
    • Choose from our curated food packages (pick your favorites from our catering menu).
    • Setup, cleanup, tables, glassware, and service included– all built in.
 • Customize Your Food Experience
 Pick your favorite foods from our catering menu or special menu upgrades if you’d like– but your base package already covers the essentials.

• Flexible Bar Options
 Choose between open bar, limited bar, or drink tickets. (Please note: drink packages are not included in your per-person total).

LOCATION & PARKING

Our taproom can be found nestled next to the open-air River Green area and adjacent off of Arsenal Yards Blvd within the Arsenal Yards block. Once on site, ample free parking is available! Check out the map below for exact location.
Our entrance is located at 102 Arsenal Yards. To help you find your way, here are some directions you might find helpful:

Parking options:

Free garage parking is available.

If you're planning to drive to our location, you can park in two free parking garages (Red Garage and Purple Garage) or a shared lot within the Arsenal Yards block. We are located near the Red Garage- it is just across from our taproom. Please note that we do not offer valet parking.

CAN WE HAVE UNDERAGE GUESTS?

Yes! We’re delighted to welcome families to our taproom. Children of all ages can enjoy their time here as long as they’re accompanied by a guardian throughout their visit. 
 
If you’re thinking about hosting an event with us, please keep in mind that we count young children and infants in our total capacity to comply with fire regulations. We also want to ensure there’s enough space for strollers and carriers, which may slightly adjust the available space for everyone.

CAN I  HAVE LIVE MUSIC OR LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AT MY EVENT?

We’d love to hear more about the type of act or performer you have in mind! Once we know more, we can work together and make your request a reality!

Question 8

CAN I BRING MY OWN WINE/CIDER/LIQUOR?

Accepted Answer

We’ll have plenty of Mighty Squirrel beer on draft, Hard Seltzers, and Hard Smoothies however our licensing prevents us from allowing any outside alcohol.

Question 9

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER OPTIONS BESIDES BEER?

Accepted Answer

Yes! In addition to Mighty Squirrel beer on draft, we also offer refreshing Hard Seltzers, Hard Smoothies, and even Non-alcoholic beer.

Question 10

CAN I DECORATE THE SPACE OR A CAKE?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations and a special celebration cake to make the occasion even more delightful. However, we only permit the use of painter’s tape. We also do not allow confetti or glitter.
